入到餐廳坐低, 叫左枝水, 開始硏究餐牌酒牌... 不過睇黎睇去都睇唔明. Server見我地咁迷惘, 都主動黎幫下手, 拎左盤生既牛肉, 講解下唔同cutting會冇咩唔同, sirloin (右下), ribeye (右中), loin (左下), Entrana (上)... 不過其實明眼人一睇都睇到, 就算當中應該最肥既ribeye都冇咩脂肪, 者係預左今晚要練下牙力...
酒牌, 佢地話, 除左香檳, 全部都係阿根廷酒. 同佢講想要一枝full bodied, powerful 既紅酒, 佢推介我地飲Malbec, 然後一俾就俾左super Malbec果頁我睇...唔係路wor....最平果枝都成千蚊...
well, 係呢個時候, 我都好直接同佢講呢D 酒 out budget, 佢冇黑面, 仲笑笑口問大約預幾錢, 我直答$500-$600. 佢掀前幾頁, 介紹我平民Malbec, 一睇價錢, 親民好多~HAHA!!!!!
最後佢大力推介既COLOMÉ ‘DE TERRUÑO’ 2013. 多謝你, 扎小馬尾既菲律賓姐姐, 呢枝酒成為左成餐飯最大既亮點!
1st Dish: Bread
其中一款成粒波, 其實係芝士波. 另外一塊就正常, 不過朋友話點埋佢個唔知咩Sauce幾好味. 個Sauce, 底係olive oil, 有pepper, garlic, 唔記得左....哈, 因為係去到半路飲到醉醉地我知問個Server.
2nd Dish (Starter): Ceviche Sampler (南美冷拼盤....百度係咁譯的)

根據百度, Ceviche係一種南美菜系既冷盤, 一D橘子類既野, 加香料, 加醃制左既海鮮. 當我問Server有咩前菜好推介, 佢就介紹左個Bone Marrow 同呢個Ceviche Sampler.
Ceviche Sample一次過有齊以下3款
EcuadorIan ceviche: Shrimp, roasted tomato and pepper sauce, onion and coriander

味道大家唔難估, 酸酸地, 有少少少辣, 海鮮係生既, 加埋D蔬果, 一淋一爽, 幾開胃. 好唔好食就普普通通啦. 個吞拿魚幾特別, 因為果啲 seseam seeds好香. 好似撈左麻油咁.

好油...好肥...牛香味還可以la, 自己加少少枱面上既海鹽, 味道都唔錯. 配左個potato chips cake同portobello mushroom. 不過不失啦...但冇期待咁味道驚人.

肉眼扒, 簡單一塊肉眼扒, 冇任何伴菜, 幾香, 有肉汁, 雖然係佢地介紹咁多隻cut之中最肥美, 但有筋...阿根廷扒比較瘦, 好聽叫Chewy, 難聽就係靱, 同美國果D係真係有分別...若以香港人的preference, 食扒要求香, 入口化, 始終要去美式扒房.

一條好長薄切既扒. Server話呢個食法係啊根庭人最鍾意, 肉味也是最豐富, 尋晚佢地公司先同經理慶祝, 就係食呢塊... 不過, 比起塊肉眼....更加切到死, 咬到死...更加多筋, 塊扒係醃制過, 但我估廚師兩塊扒都冇落seasoning, 枱上有海鹽同黑椒, 隨自己口味調味. 對不起...在下這個真的不太懂欣賞...
6th Dish (Side Dish): Grill Asparagus

Server極力推薦既一個off menu甜品. 當時我都起左個突, 唔係馬....喺度食黑森林, 不如我去美心西餅... 不過, 推介得如在下唔叫, 好似又好唔俾臉. 上到枱食落口又真係唔差, 底下係硬身既chocolate mousse, 上面係Cream加sour berries, 跟住係一層朱古力海綿蛋糕, 之後又係Cream, topping 係朱古加脆片同一粒一粒既焦糖. 甜酸balance得唔錯...
Server話係一個light dessert.... 似乎香港同阿根廷人對light既定義唔多同....
8th Dish (Dessert): Dulce De Leche Fondant (阿根廷焦糖心太軟)

問Server 咩叫Dulce De Leche, 佢竟然答Dulce De Leche is Dulce De Leche...真係一個好有營養既答案...頂....
出到黎原來係焦糖心太軟, 伴朱古力碎碎, 雲尼拿雪糕, 一堆berries, 同埋杏仁puree, 加埋一齊就變成左在下食過咁多既甜品中其中一個最好食. 焦糖, 甜但唔過甜, 流心, 加埋雪糕, 碎碎, berries, 一凍一熱, 一淋一脆, 一甜一酸, 成個配搭well balanced! 真係一道好出色既甜品. will definitely come back for this!!!

飲酒資歷尚淺, 但呢枝係其中一枝係餐廳飲過最好的酒. 第一次飲阿根廷酒, 本身冇咩期望. 但試酒時, 第一下聞落去已經好香berries味 (可能係unoaked關係, 少左木桶, 提子本身既味道更加強烈, 更加純). 酒樽後面有tasting note, 都幾容易飲得出佢所寫的, 入口少許的辣(elegant spicy note), Smooth Tannins, full bodied (酒精14.5%), 飲落去又好balanced. 佢地仲話枝酒係specially made for 呢間餐廳Guacho. 配埋D扒, 又真係幾match.

前菜, 主菜, 老實說, 不是十分欣賞. 不是說唔好味, 只係我唔慣阿根廷口味. 甜品反而好驚喜! 會為左枝酒同甜品值得下次再黎, 但可能要試下其他食物種類(試下佢D Tenderloin, 應該可能會岩番口味) 或者黎食個tea.
Environment:
另一個冇得輸的地方. 出Lift過左reception, 右面係一個好靚既酒吧. 左面係酒櫃, 放滿晒大量阿根廷紅白酒. Bar 前面仲有D小圓枱, 用作淺酌幾杯. 兩個dining area, 星期五晚大約7成Full, 枱同枱之間都算闊絡, 重點係成場8成客人以上都係鬼, 呢D咪叫atmosphere law~HA. 傢俬好靚, 凳好特別, 一間Fine Dining餐廳竟然係轉轉凳, 坐得舒服. 最神奇係凳背係真牛皮Wor...所以張張都唔一樣. 餐廳係暗的, 但播既係D碰碰碰既音樂, 以為去左酒吧, 都幾大聲, 但咁做反而幾有特色, 阿根廷人, sell 熱情. 係gua...
Service:
服務滿分. 絕絕絕大部分Server (包括經理及侍應)均不是香港Local. 經理來自阿根廷, 待應大部分黎自菲律賓或尼泊爾. 好易睇到從佢身上散發果種工作熱情, 同事融洽. 唔似香港一般餐廳, 黑口黑面. 食到主菜, 由於D碟比較大隻, 都即刻俾埋隔離張枱我地. 更多空間, 食得更舒服. 佢地知道我鍾意枝酒, 好細心俾左張卡仔我地, 寫低D酒既details, for 我reference. 總而言之, 服務完壁~是也~
Worthiness:
中環, 咁既餐廳格調, 望到咁既價錢, 唔講我仲以為阿根廷國慶, 全場7折...價錢真係好親民. 塊扒2,3舊水, 前菜都係百幾, 甜品100蚊有找, 枝靚酒都係600...試下去其他扒房...3,4倍都有...
而且, 又係Asia Miles合作餐廳, 禮拜五碌滙豐最紅獎賞, 消費2千蚊, 又差唔多賺左2000里數. 真係抵到冇得再抵...
幾道菜, 飲飽食醉, 慢慢傾, 慢慢食, 開心時光過得特別快, 食食下就2個半鍾, 多謝友人賞臉!
